Alexander Durazo (1988) signs for the Barcelona Dragons to play the next European League of Football 2023.
The Special Teams Coordinator, who, in turn, will also assume the reins to coordinate the Linebackers, is committed to the Catalan franchise to face the upcoming 2023 season. Durazo has a lot of experience in Europe: he was part of the Norwegian National Team and reached the Junior Sub19 championship with Switzerland. Established in the Swiss country, he went from selector to coach of the Calanda Broncos, with whom he managed, up to three times, to be proclaimed Champion of the Swiss Bowl. Until the American decided to change the Alps for the Mediterranean to sign with the Badalona Dracs, a Spanish Serie A team.
“I’m beyond excited to join the Dragons and train at the highest level in Europe. Seeing how much the ELF has grown in such a short time, it is an exciting adventure to be part of this League and I can’t wait to get to work”, said the Coach after making his incorporation official. To which he added that “I look forward to the challenge, the competition and an exciting atmosphere on match days in front of some of the most dedicated ELF fans. The Central Conference is full of great teams, but that makes the challenge even more exciting! Go Dragons!”.
